Q: Do you have a catalog you can send me?
A: All of our products are shown on our website. We do not publish a catalog at this time.
Q: Is there a minimum order required?
A: Your initial order must be $500 with no minimum reorder.
Q: How do I change or update my order?
A: To edit or cancel your order, please call customer service at 877-835-6012. Please note no changes can be made if order has already been packed for shipping.
Q: How do I purchase your pillows from a dealer?
A: Click on locate a dealer, select your state to see if there is a dealer near you.
Q: Will you drop ship to my customer?
A: We will drop ship to anywhere in the lower 48 states at no additional charge.
Q: How long will it take to get my order?
A: Our lead time is 2-4 weeks, dependent upon the size of the order. Rush orders are available upon request if product is in stock.
Q: How do I track my shipment?
A: Click on Order Status and click the UPS link to track your order.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We enforce a no return policy. However, we will issue a return authorization if the product is damaged or there was a packing/shipping error on our part. Anything returned to us without a return authorization will be refused and returned to you at your expense.
Q: How do I return something I purchased from a dealer?
A: You must contact the company from who you made the purchase to inquire about their return policies and information.
Q: How do I make a claim?
A: All claims must be reported within 5 days of receipt of shipment. Shortage of or damage to boxes must be reported immediately and directly to the carrier.
